HIGH PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER Customer acknowledges that all motorcycles and vehicles modified, calibrated, flashed, dyno tested, or tuned by Carita Motorsports are high performance applications that may operate beyond factory intended parameters and may place additional stress on the engine, transmission, clutch, drivetrain, suspension, tires, fuel system, electronics, and related components. High performance tuning, race fuel calibrations, dyno testing, racing applications, and ECU flashing involve inherent risks and may affect: • Vehicle reliability • Drivability • Fuel consumption • Emissions compliance • Component lifespan • Manufacturer warranty coverage • Overall vehicle behavior Customer acknowledges that ECU flashing, emissions related modifications, and aftermarket performance calibrations may not comply with local, state, federal, or international emissions regulations or road use laws. Customer assumes all responsibility for determining legal compliance within their jurisdiction. All race fuel calibrations, racing maps, launch control features, top speed modifications, and performance applications are intended for OFF ROAD, CLOSED COURSE, OR COMPETITION USE ONLY unless otherwise explicitly stated. Carita Motorsports is not responsible for issues resulting from: • Pre existing mechanical conditions • Improper installation • Worn or defective components • Poor maintenance • Customer supplied parts • Incorrect fuel quality • Low battery voltage during flashing • Racing conditions • Abuse or misuse of the vehicle • Previous modifications or tuning performed by third parties Professional installation, inspection, and mechanical verification are strongly recommended before operating any modified or tuned vehicle.
