SHIPPING POLICY

Carita Motorsports ships products worldwide using trusted shipping carriers including DHL, UPS, USPS, and other available services depending on destination and product type.

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Certain products, custom calibrations, special order items, or high demand periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed and scanned by the shipping carrier. In some cases, tracking updates may take additional time to appear within the carrier’s system.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges required by their country.

Carita Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international inspections, import restrictions, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased comply with local laws, emissions regulations, and import requirements within their jurisdiction.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Carita Motorsports is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, refused deliveries, or customer errors during checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information or failure to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Carita Motorsports is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier related damage.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should immediately contact the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials for inspection and claim purposes.

HANDHELDS, ELECTRONICS, AND PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS

Certain handheld devices, electronics, ECU related products, or special order performance items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for following all instructions provided with tuning devices, handhelds, calibrations, and related products.

OFF ROAD / RACING PRODUCTS

Certain products sold by Carita Motorsports are intended for OFF ROAD, CLOSED COURSE, OR COMPETITION USE ONLY unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with local laws and regulations before purchase or installation.
