At Carita Motorsports, we stand behind every product we ship. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the limits of fairness and product integrity.
Returns are accepted only for new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date.
General Terms:
 • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Items sent back after this period will not be eligible for return.
 • The product must be in brand-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
 • Tuning devices or handheld programmers must be returned on the stock (OEM) Tuning.
If a modified file remains active on the vehicle at the time of return, the refund will be voided since the product has been digitally installed.
 • Custom-made, special-order, or non-resellable items cannot be returned.
 • Certain items such as engine components, electrical parts, and cnc head work are non-refundable.
 • Shipping costs are non-refundable in either direction. If your order qualified for free shipping, a $25 USD fee (domestic) or $100 USD (international) will be deducted from your refund.
 • All returns are subject to a 25 % restocking fee to cover processing and inspection.
 • Protection plan are non-refundable.
 • Order cancellations before shipment are subject to a 5 % payment processing fee, as these costs are withheld by the payment gateway and not recoverable.
 • Digital Service files or software are non-refundable once sent to the purchaser.
 • Chargebacks made while retaining the product may result in account termination and VIN/device flagging to prevent further support.
Return Process:
 1. Email our team at contact@caritamotorsports.com to request return approval.
 2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Form that must be included with your shipment.
 3. Use an outer box when shipping; do not apply tape or labels directly to product packaging.
 4. Include:
 • A copy of your original order
 • The completed Return Authorization Form
 • The order number clearly written outside the box
 5. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide tracking details once shipped.
 6. Refunds are processed within 6–10 business days after the product arrives and is inspected.
 7. Exceptions apply for defective or damaged items, handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your order was placed through an authorized Carita Motorsports distributor, any refund or return request must be handled directly with that distributor, not through Carita Motorsports.
