At Carita Motorsports, we stand behind every product we ship. If something isn’t right, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue within the limits of fairness and product integrity.
Returns are accepted only for new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order date.
Unless otherwise approved by an authorized Carita Motorsports representative
• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Items returned after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Products must be returned in brand-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and components intact.
• Tuning devices and handheld programmers must be returned with the vehicle restored to the original (OEM) tuning.
If any modified or custom file remains installed at the time of return, the refund will be void, as the product is considered digitally consumed.
• Custom-made, special-order, or non-resellable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any order placed as a combined order, and/or any order submitted in bulk quantities for the purpose of obtaining discounted or special pricing, shall be deemed a Special Order.
All Special Orders are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
Once a Special Order has been confirmed, accepted, and/or processed, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that such order may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
By completing the purchase, the customer waives any right to dispute, chargeback, or claim reimbursement related to Special Orders, except where required by applicable law.
• Certain items including, but not limited to, engine components, electrical parts, and CNC head work are strictly non-refundable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable in either direction.
If the order qualified for free shipping, a $25 USD (domestic) or $100 USD (international) shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection.
• Protection plans are non-refundable.
• Order cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 5% payment processing fee, as these costs are retained by the payment gateway and are not recoverable.
• Digital services, tuning files, and software are non-refundable once delivered to the purchaser.
• Any chargeback filed while the customer retains the product may result in immediate account termination and permanent VIN/device flagging, with all future tuning and technical support permanently revoked.

Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Form, which must be included in your shipment.
Use a proper outer shipping box. Do not apply labels or tape directly to the product’s original packaging.
Include in the package:
• A copy of the original order
• The completed Return Authorization Form
• The order number clearly written on the outside of the box
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide tracking information once the item has shipped.
Refunds are processed within 6–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Exceptions may apply for defective or damaged items and are handled case-by-case at the sole discretion of Carita Motorsports.
Please contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
While we strive to treat every customer fairly and transparently, fraudulent or abusive claims will result in permanent account termination and loss of all tuning and technical support.
If your purchase was made through an authorized Carita Motorsports distributor, all returns and refund requests must be handled directly with that distributor, not with Carita Motorsports.
