Returns Policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. Handheld devices, once the files are sent, are non- refundable and the transaction is considered complete once the files are sent to the customer unless otherwise stated by Carita staff. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non-refundable in either direction unless approved by Carita Motorsports. If your product qualified for free shipping and you are returning the item, a $25 shipping fee will be assessed for all USA orders and $80 for all international orders. All products shipped from the Carita Motorsports warehouse are shipped via UPS and require a signature when delivered.
