Track-Calibrated Control Logic - Stage 2 calibration is required
Race-Level Performance Without a Full Race Kit
This upgrade was developed for riders who want to push their S1000RR or M1000RR to the absolute limit on track, without the cost, complexity, or maintenance of a full race kit conversion.
Built on top of our Stage 2 calibration, this track-focused logic refines how the ECU manages torque, traction control, and stability under extreme riding conditions while retaining the stock ECU and OEM electronic architecture.
Instead of relying on throttle intervention to control wheel slip, this calibration utilizes an ignition-cut–based torque management strategy inspired by BMW M and Alpha Racing–style race platforms. The result is faster, cleaner intervention, improved chassis stability mid-corner, and more predictable drive on corner exit.
Key Characteristics
• Track-oriented traction and stability control behavior
• Ignition-cut torque suppression instead of throttle closure
• Faster electronic intervention under high slip conditions
• Predictable traction response at maximum lean and load
• Retains rider adjustability through OEM dash controls
• Designed for circuit racing, time attack, and advanced track use
Personalized Calibration Process
• Stage 2 calibration is required
• After purchase, we request your tire dimensions and final drive (sprocket) configuration
• This data is used to correctly scale wheel speed, slip targets, and torque intervention logic
• The final file is delivered fully configured for your exact setup
This ensures accurate electronic behavior, proper traction control operation, and consistent performance session after session.
Important Notes
• This is not a full race kit replacement
• OEM ECU and electronics are retained
• Designed for experienced riders and closed-course use
• For full factory race kit functionality, a dedicated race ECU is required
Experience race-level control, sharper electronic behavior, and confidence at the limit without turning your bike into a full-time race machine.
