Returns Policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. Handheld devices, once the files are sent, are non- refundable and the transaction is considered complete once the files are sent to the customer unless otherwise stated by Carita staff. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non-refundable in either direction unless approved by Carita Motorsports. If your product qualified for free shipping and you are returning the item, a $25 shipping fee will be assessed for all USA orders and $80 for all international orders. These shipping fees will be taken directly from your refund. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Carita Motorsports warehouse are shipped via UPS and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Carita Motorsports or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. Digital files are 100% non- refundable once the file(s) have been sent to the purchaser. Credit card processing fees are charged at 2.9% +.30c fee on Carita Motorsports side for the entire order. Shipping

Items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is solely responsible for all Import Fees associated with shipped items.
