Kawasaki H2 Stage 2: Performance Without Compromise

As the current record holders for the fastest H2 in Roll Racing, we don’t just offer “files”  we deliver proven results.

Our Stage 2 Flash is the culmination of hundreds of hours of testing and data logging on state-of-the-art dynamometers, pushing the limits of the H2 platform while remaining within the engine’s safe operating margins.

Unlocking Power

Throttle De-restriction: From the factory, the H2 is electronically limited in the upper RPM range, creating “dead spots” that severely restrict the power curve.
We unlock true 100% throttle opening across the entire RPM range, ensuring predictable and massive acceleration.

Combined with our custom calibration, this modification alone can produce Gains of 50–60 whp.

This includes a complete reconfiguration of the Electronic Throttle Valves (ETV), eliminating factory lag and delivering a direct, linear connection between your wrist and the rear tire.

As shown, TPS only reaches 100% up to approximately 10,000 RPM. At 11,000 RPM it drops to 56%, at 11,500 RPM to 49%, and it continues decreasing progressively until above 13,000 RPM it is limited to only about 5% despite the rider holding the throttle at 100%.

 

    Ignition Timing:

    Advanced ignition timing calibration and dwell map refinement to produce a more efficient, harder-hitting combustion cycle, maximizing cylinder pressure while maintaining safe operating margins.

    Fueling:

    We target optimal Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR) profiles in every gear.
    This not only enhances wide-open throttle performance but also significantly improves cruising and partial-throttle behavior for a smoother, more refined ride.

    Our calibration includes custom IAP and TPS mapping per gear, integrated with optimized fuel trims to achieve the ideal mixture for both peak power output and efficient cruising.

    Extended Powerband:

    While the factory rev limiter is set at 12,700 RPM, we have safely tested and calibrated the engine to operate up to 13,500 RPM.
    This extends the usable powerband, allowing you to stay in peak power longer and reducing the need for mid-track shifts.

     

    Advanced Racing Tools:

    Auto-Blipper Activation:
    We enable the factory-installed downshift auto-blipper, a feature present in the bike’s hardware but restricted by stock software.

    Quickshifter Evolution:
    Optimized shift “dead times” for lightning-fast upshifts, minimizing torque interruption and preserving momentum during high-speed acceleration.

    Exhaust Valve Management:
    Re-engineered for maximum exhaust flow and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone.


    Thermal & Safety Management

    Lower Fan-On Temperature:
    The H2 is known for high operating temperatures. We recalibrate fan activation thresholds to engage earlier, protecting engine longevity and improving rider comfort under extreme conditions.

    Top Speed Liberation:
    All factory speed limiters are removed, allowing unrestricted performance in closed-course environments.


    Factory Restriction Removal

    Smooth Deceleration:
    Deceleration fuel cut is disabled to eliminate abrupt on/off throttle behavior.

    Race-Ready Exhaust Flow:
    Exhaust valve operation, and PAIR/AIS systems for a completely unrestricted (or off)

    Race Dash Activation:
    Unlocks the hidden Race Dash interface for a true competition display and enhanced performance data feedback. (+299km/h)
