High performance tuning, race fuel calibrations, dyno testing, racing applications, and ECU flashing involve inherent risks and may affect: • Vehicle reliability • Drivability • Fuel consumption • Emissions compliance • Component lifespan • Manufacturer warranty coverage • Overall vehicle behavior Customer acknowledges that ECU flashing, emissions related modifications, and aftermarket performance calibrations may not comply with local, state, federal, or international emissions regulations or road use laws. All race fuel calibrations, racing maps, launch control features, top speed modifications, and performance applications are intended for OFF ROAD, CLOSED COURSE, OR COMPETITION USE ONLY unless otherwise explicitly stated.
